•Support development of new products and line extensions, helping move concepts from bench-top through pilot plant tests and production trials to commercialization.
•Manage product formulations using an online database system, creating and adjusting recipes and maintaining formulation integrity.
•Maintain accurate project files, specifications, and key product data, ensuring seamless documentation.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document product reviews so stakeholders are informed on project progress.
•Improve product development skills through training and hands-on experience while supporting compliance with USDA/FDA regulations.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 52,500 - 77,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
•Company will consider a currently enrolled Bachelor's degree student with anticipated graduation by the end of the current semester/quarter.
•Strong scientific knowledge of meat and non-meat ingredients and their functionality; able to work with pilot plant equipment with minimal supervision.
•Proficient in online work systems and product development software tools.
•Ability to complete required applicable forms in English and read/write English; strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
