Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Oracle work order release schedules to provide on-time material to manufacturing and engineering, including pre-shortage analysis and work order variance analysis.
  • •Review MRP execution for accuracy by reconciling supply and demand and validating master scheduling and/or PDS requirements.
  • •Manage material impacted by engineering change orders: review ECO disposition, perform system maintenance and audits, and prepare ECO/ECR status reports.
  • •Participate in floor audits with Finance to resolve WIP issues and audit WIP physical inventory; provide status on material shortage commit dates.
  • •Support shop floor control, inventory control, and process control activities including reporting performance to lead times, ordering parts to meet service levels, and driving root-cause/corrective actions.
