•Perform paintless dent repair using advanced techniques including glue-pulling, hail repair, and repairing creases and body lines.
•Repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers while meeting customer experience commitments.
•Follow safety procedures and use required safety equipment such as face shields/goggles and protective garments.
•Work mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Ability to use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and repairs for creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum panels.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
