Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input to evaluate internal control systems for support services and identify critical audit areas.
  • •Support preparation and implementation of executive plans and roadmaps for continuous improvement of internal audit, corporate governance, internal control, and compliance.
  • •Conduct audit tasks to verify efficiency and effectiveness and verify compliance with laws, systems, regulations, and contractual/operational activities.
  • •Support training, coaching, and knowledge-transfer programs to build Internal Audit staff capabilities.
  • •Manage consultant contracts and supervise external auditors for specialized or complex work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting (related field).
  • •5+ years of experience (or 9+ years with a PhD, 11+ years with a master’s, 11+ years with a bachelor’s).
  • •Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA/CA.
  • •CISA and/or CGAP certifications.
  • •Knowledge of IIA Standards.
