Maintenance Manager, UME

Oversee and coordinate maintenance teams responsible for repairing and servicing military equipment, including combat systems, rolling stock, and generation equipment. Evaluate problematic systems to determine required installation or repair services, hire and schedule workers, and provide training. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, maintain personnel skills records, and monitor performance to ensure quality operations while investigating accidents and preparing reports in support of the maintenance mission.
