Key Responsibilities

•Analyze current billing, transaction management, and pricing processes across EMEA to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the new platform.
•Map AS-IS and design TO-BE processes aligned with the transformation roadmap.
•Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, product teams, and the software provider; support configuration and testing including functional testing and UAT preparation.
•Provide operational support for invoicing and transaction validation before and after go-live, monitor data quality, perform reconciliations, triage incidents, and support change management activities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in business analysis, operations, pricing, invoicing, or financial systems in a high-volume environment (>100,000 invoices per month) in telecom, energy, tolling, or finance.
•Exposure to transformation projects, system migrations, or large-scale process harmonization (preferably in an EMEA context).
•Strong analytical skills and technical affinity; experience in e-invoicing is an advantage.
•Strong communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders across geographies and management levels.
•Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas; fluency in English required.
