Job Summary

Lead Mastercard's Ethoca Alerts and First Party Trust product lines, shaping strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. Own the P&L, pricing, and segmentation while collaborating with customers, sales, and regional teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation in payments fraud and dispute management. You will mentor a high-performing product team, partner with security/risk, and represent the product to internal stakeholders and key merchants globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the rapid evolution of the Alerts and FPT product strategies and ensure value proposition is delivered across solutions.
•Be the market face for both products with internal sales teams globally and key customers, guiding go-to-market strategy and commercialization (including pricing).
•Manage all aspects of the product including P&L, segmentation, solution packaging, and regional rollout playbooks.
•Establish strong two-way communications with GTM teams, customers, and partners; chair regional meetings and innovation workshops.
•Coach and inspire a high-performing product team and cultivate an entrepreneurial culture of ownership and accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 200,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in Payments, Card Fraud and/or Disputes, E-commerce, Financial Services is desired, experience in Technology product management is a must.
•Ability to hit the ground running, adapt quickly and take an action-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution that focuses on measurable results.
•Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently and constructively challenges team to drive continuous improvement.
•Exceptional commitment to product management discipline and best practices; detail-oriented and quality-focused in internal work and external products.
•Hands-on, resourceful and nimble with a track record turning strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
