Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate technical roadmaps into actionable plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • •Build traceable requirement hierarchies from physics goals down to subsystem specifications with stakeholder input.
  • •Define and track interfaces between subsystems (e.g., compiler, sequence orchestrator, waveform generation, decoder, calibration).
  • •Define and manage subsystem and integration testing requirements with hardware-validated outputs before QPU deployment.
  • •Coordinate priorities and timelines across technical teams and translate R&D outputs into product specifications and launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • •Deep understanding of electronic instrumentation for control systems for neutral atom quantum computing (digital, analog, RF, microwave).
  • •Strong communication skills to coordinate across diverse scientific and engineering stakeholders.
  • •Exceptional organization and documentation skills, including traceable requirements documentation.
  • •Experience managing execution of complex technical products and/or projects (preferred 2–5 years).
