Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the department’s day-to-day P2P workflow, including supplier onboarding, P2P scheduling, and record keeping.
  • •Provide P2P Coupa process and system operational support, including training using a “train the trainer” approach.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders, third-party vendors, procurement users, and accounts payable to maintain strong user effectiveness and success.
  • •Deliver monthly reporting requirements and support global procurement P2P Coupa performance oversight with management information (MI).
  • •Maintain internal documentation, training materials, Quick Start Guides, platform demos, and provide change management support for new countries/users and process/template updates.
