Job Summary

Lead delivery for a high-profile strategic integration project, supporting the integration of Aegon into the business. You’ll manage scope, plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholders from initiation through implementation, ensuring strong governance and stakeholder engagement. Partner with business SMEs and third parties to turn intent into change delivery plans, support business readiness, and drive a smooth transition into BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project delivery from initiation through implementation, managing scope, plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
•Ensure effective governance, RAID management, reporting, and delivery controls for high-profile strategic programmes.
•Coordinate delivery across multiple business areas, programmes, and third-party suppliers, ensuring safe and effective change.
•Support business readiness by understanding operational impacts and enabling successful transition of change into BAU operations.
•Manage complex dependencies across business, operational, technology, and third-party workstreams aligned to programme milestones.

•Proven experience delivering complex change in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating change delivery capability.

•Ability to work with business SMEs to influence change initiation and translate intent into a delivery plan.
•Proven problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and deliver outcomes in a cost-pressured environment.
•Experience delivering large-scale integration, separation, migration, or acquisition-related programmes, ideally in Life & Pensions or Financial Services.
