Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, control, distribute, and manage technical and non-technical documents, drawings, manuals, procedures, and specifications for Reliability/AIM.
  • •Coordinate reviews and updates of documents and provide quarterly status reporting on document review progress.
  • •Maintain latest revision status in master files and administer the electronic document management system.
  • •Ensure documents are uploaded to the central document control system on time, following approvals, quality, and formatting standards.
  • •Support Engineering Management of Change (MOC) and perform department coordinator duties including meeting facilitation and inter-department communication.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years’ experience in engineering/technical document control.
  • •5+ years’ experience managing technical and engineering document management systems/procedures.
  • •Good knowledge of electronic data management systems (SAP, Oracle, EDMS, etc.).
  • •Experience in industrial/document control settings such as operational plants or construction.
  • •Ability to work to strict deadlines and communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
