Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain liaison communications to resolve immigrant visa processing questions with Foreign Service Officers.
  • •Provide guidance to Visa Support Service employees on documentary and process requirements for transmission to consulates.
  • •Track visa appointment scheduling to help ensure consulates receive sufficient casework volume for interview slots.
  • •Coordinate with Unit Managers and the Assistant Operations Manager to resolve issues and identify staff training needs.
  • •Engage visa processors to ensure understanding of requirements for individual foreign posts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of processing systems.

Key Requirements
