Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, implement, and continuously improve the site HSE framework (policies, procedures, risk assessments, audit routines).
  • •Lead hazard identification and incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis and timely CAPA closure.
  • •Ensure legal compliance and alignment with applicable HSE standards for ergonomics, workplace safety, and environmental requirements.
  • •Deliver HSE training (inductions, toolbox talks, safe work instructions) and maintain training records and compliance tracking.
  • •Conduct periodic inspections and audits across shopfloor, warehouse, and lab/test areas, and drive closure of findings through governance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in HSE roles in manufacturing/industrial environments, preferably high-reliability/high-mix operations.
  • •Experience and understanding of UAE regulations and deploying HSE management systems.
  • •Practical experience leading audits/inspections with strong action follow-up discipline.
  • •Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills, delivering measurable recurrence reduction.
  • •Recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent) preferred; ISO 45001/EMS exposure a plus.
