Lead HR Business Partnering for the Kraft Heinz Bangalore GCC, shaping and executing the people agenda that supports organizational growth. Partner with GCC and global leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and culture transformation. Lead and develop a team across HR verticals, ensuring best-in-class practices, governance and compliance, and using people analytics to inform business decisions across a global matrix.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
•Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
•Lead performance management, talent review, and succession planning; develop talent pipelines for critical capabilities and leadership roles.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring excellence, diversity hiring, and employer branding, and support headcount forecasting.
•Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple HR disciplines while ensuring HR governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
•10–14 years of progressive HR experience in multinational organizations, GCCs, Shared Services, or matrix environments.
•Proven experience managing multiple HR functions such as HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or HR Operations.
•Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing business strategy through people initiatives.
•3–5 years of people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
