Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day agency administration, operational processes, and documentation (rosters, staffing trackers, org charts, onboarding materials).
  • •Coordinate agency onboarding and offboarding, including access requests and system setup.
  • •Support financial management activities including budget tracking, invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliation with Finance, Procurement, and agency teams.
  • •Consolidate partner feedback and maintain reporting dashboards for agency utilization, performance, spend, and staffing; support agency evaluations and reviews.
  • •Support annual and quarterly planning by coordinating information gathering across Marketing, Studio, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and agency partners, including capacity and resource allocation tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,800 - 202,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in account management, program management, agency operations, marketing operations, vendor management, or a related field.
  • •Strong organizational and project coordination skills for complex, cross-functional workflows.
  • •Experience managing budgets, invoices, purchase orders, or financial tracking.
  • •Strong analytical and reporting skills for dashboards and utilization/performance reporting.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in highly cross-functional environments.
