Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Deliver an excellent client experience by processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Partner with branch teams and leverage digital first self-service solutions to meet customer goals.
