Head of Events and Delivery

Lead the commercial growth of high-value events by personally closing and negotiating opportunities such as park privatizations, gala dinners, and MICE-style meetings. Own event sales budgets and pipeline performance, develop and launch new event packages, and maintain CRM discipline. Partner with parks, operations, and vendors to deliver outstanding guest experiences, remove blockers through stakeholder management, and drive repeat business through structured post-event follow-up.
