Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide HSW strategies, frameworks, and governance models, including performance indicators and management review processes.
  • •Advise enterprise and real estate business partners on HSW transformation, culture development, and organizational effectiveness; deliver executive workshops and leadership engagement.
  • •Lead delivery of complex HSW programs across portfolios and regions, including program governance, reporting, contractor and supply chain safety evaluation, and development of HSW processes and controls.
  • •Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk compliance reviews; lead incident and near-miss investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Strengthen safety culture and workforce wellbeing through leadership development programs, proactive risk management behaviors, and support business growth via client engagement and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HSW leadership, operational risk management, consulting, or enterprise program management.
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise-wide HSW programs across large, complex organizations in project management and construction.
  • •Strong understanding of US and Canadian regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA, provincial/territorial OHS) and H&S management system standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate and report to corporate senior leadership and influence executive stakeholders; relevant safety training/certifications such as OSHA 30 or OSHA 500 (and related credentials).
