Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer incoming phone calls, transfer appropriately, and ensure callers are taken care of.
  • •Process executive incoming and outgoing mail based on executive preference; prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and documents.
  • •Provide administrative support for assigned executives, including taking on special projects and managing calendars.
  • •Support scheduled meetings by coordinating attendance, AV, catering, and materials; ensure rooms are ready and administrative staff are informed of executive initiatives.
  • •Manage incoming communications by monitoring, screening, responding to, and distributing as needed; complete expense reports, inventory control, data entry, and filing.
