Key Responsibilities

  • •Dispatch private and contract drivers for timely shipment pickups and deliveries.
  • •Plan delivery routes, assign drivers, and execute delivery instructions based on customer appointment schedules.
  • •Work with sales staff to resolve driver or carrier issues during freight transit.
  • •Maintain accurate and timely updates in OTM and prepare/review shipping reports and delivery logs.
  • •Coordinate deliveries with company and external trucking partners; verify orders and contract driver paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
