Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customers’ technical and troubleshooting questions to resolve long-term in-service issues.
  • •Collaborate with teams in the Customer Response Centre (CRC), Technical Support/Services, and Field Service Representatives (FSR).
  • •Provide technical solutions for in-service issues and produce engineering documents such as Repair Engineering Orders (REOs) and Service Non-Incorporated Engineering Orders (SNIEOs).
  • •Raise Program Change Requests (PCR) to improve fleet reliability and prepare engineering arrangements to support aircraft return-to-service.
  • •Visit operator and vendor facilities as needed to investigate, analyze, and prepare technical reports, and present technical reviews to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Mechanical Engineering degree or an AME license or equivalent diploma.
  • •Have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support or airline operations (maintenance control/engineering and/or fleet management/fleet technical support).
  • •Have basic knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
  • •Have good knowledge of aircraft propulsion systems (mainly engines).
  • •Be able to make solid, accurate decisions using good judgment and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
