Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects including plant modifications, life extension, uprates, equipment integration, engineering studies, licensing support, outage support, and capital programs.
  • •Set delivery approach, governance, and execution plans aligned to client scope, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors while driving interface management across plant stakeholders.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements and maintain nuclear safety culture with appropriate rigor and conservative decision-making.
  • •Own project financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing coordination, margin outcomes) and manage schedule, risk, and change control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •8 years delivering projects in the nuclear power generation industry (utility, OEM, EPC/AE, or nuclear consultancy).
  • •Proven success managing complex, high-stakes projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Experience with nuclear safety culture, QA, configuration management, and document rigor in nuclear/regulatory environments.
