Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute marketing campaigns, design sales and promotion to support agent recruitment and retention.
  • •Plan and coordinate with branches to design marketing initiatives to attract new prospects.
  • •Manage annual marketing calendar including campaigns, events and recognition programs.
  • •Ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
  • •Provide marketing tools, content and resources to help branches and agents increase productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance or life insurance industries.
  • •Proven experience in campaign planning, event management and marketing.
  • •Knowledge of insurance distribution channels and agency operation is an advantage.
  • •Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
