  • •Perform detailed data analysis using statistical/data mining tools to identify root causes of defect issues.
  • •Identify baseline/exclusionary defect sources and recommend or lead corrective actions and fixes.

  • •Provide expertise on process flow segments and control aspects of defect analysis for those areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science field such as Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Optical, Statistics/Data Science, Chemistry, or Physics (or related).
  • •2+ years relevant experience in semiconductor fabrication and processing techniques (Lithography, Etch, CMP, Thin Films, Plating, etc.), or a Master's degree in a related field.
  • •Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and statistical data analysis.
  • •Programming experience for statistical/data analysis using JMP/JSL, Python, R, and SQL.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing (including metrology and process/yield engineering) and strong technical/troubleshooting skills.
