Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform troubleshooting, conversions, and preventive maintenance on test equipment and collaterals.
  • •Monitor and analyze equipment control points to improve performance and resolve issues.
  • •Proactively escalate problems, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • •Follow training plans and complete required training on time; train others when assigned.
  • •Collaborate with Equipment Engineering on experiments, upgrades, data collection, and factory ramp-up activities (installation, deinstallation, relocation).

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a technical college diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage.
  • •English level at pre-intermediate proficiency or above, able to read technical materials.
  • •Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • •Willing to work 12-hour shifts (48 hours/week) and flexibly with overtime as business needs arise.
