Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in energy procurement, utility development, or power markets for large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • •Deep expertise in EU electricity markets (day-ahead, intraday, and balancing), national capacity mechanisms, and network connection processes.
  • •Experience securing 100+ MW of power capacity and navigating network connection agreements, PPAs, or other offtake structures in Europe.
  • •Proficiency analyzing energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks (EU network codes and national grid codes), and grid constraints to inform decisions.
  • •Strong stakeholder management experience building relationships with TSOs, DSOs, national regulators, ACER, policymakers, and vendors.
