Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out in-process and final inspection activities on products and assemblies.
  • •Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, work instructions, customer requirements and applicable standards.
  • •Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections and testing as required, and review manufacturing and quality records.
  • •Identify, segregate and report non-conforming products and processes; raise and support Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • •Assist with quality investigations to identify root causes and support corrective actions, then verify effectiveness where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a Quality Inspector, Inspection or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manufacturing documentation.
  • •Experience using inspection and measurement equipment.
  • •Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection activities.
  • •Ability to make objective product acceptance decisions based on evidence, specifications and requirements.
