Drive store sales by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection and product education. Build daily client relationships while leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and maintaining strong sales floor coverage. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and execute front- and back-of-house procedures. Become an expert on ALO retail, yoga, and café offerings, resolve customer needs quickly, and help ensure smooth shipment, replenishment, and merchandising.
