Job Summary

Support real estate client relationship management and investment banking activities across REITs, real estate funds, and large private real estate companies. Assist transaction teams for merger and acquisition and capital raising deals by providing credit underwriting support, building financial models, and preparing information memoranda and management/investor presentations. Work closely with senior RECB and CIB professionals while performing due diligence, document processing, analysis, research, and presentation development.
