Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, train, and lead a global team of program managers; develop individuals and build career growth.
  • •Develop the team’s long-term vision and strategy and drive progress toward key metrics.
  • •Own end-to-end program management for a large and growing portfolio of programs with a focus on APAC.
  • •Drive operational readiness across workstreams by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and unblocking dependencies.
  • •Serve as the senior Risk PMO voice in global forums and coordinate across risk teams (Ops, Product, Engineering, Strategy) to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, business operations, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of people management experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0→1 when no playbook exists.
  • •Strong program management skills to drive multi-workstream initiatives, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership experience aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams toward shared goals.
