Job Summary

Provide senior technical leadership for Instrumentation & Controls engineering on ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure EPC contractor and engineering consultant design activities are accurate, compliant with ADNOC specifications, and aligned with relevant international codes and standards. Coordinate instrumentation engineering integration within the IPMT team, lead technical reviews and approvals, support equipment selection/sizing, and provide assistance through installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise in instrumentation design and ensure integration of overall instrumentation engineering within the IPMT instrumentation engineering team.
•Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering consultant and EPC contractor instrumentation engineering design activities.
•Review and approve consultant/EPC instrumentation deliverables for compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best practices.
•Coordinate instrumentation engineering participation in development and analysis of design options for optimization and validation; contribute to equipment sizing and selection.
•Participate in layout/model/design reviews and technical workshops; provide technical assistance through installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical / Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
•Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
•Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
•Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
•Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing, and coordinating solutions to complex problems.
