Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and lead quality assurance and quality control activities on the AJISS project.
  • •Ensure incoming material and project deliverables comply with the Customer's requirements and with the applicable regulations and standards.
  • •Participate in quality team activities in support of ISO 9001:2015 Certification audits and assessments.
  • •Lead internal and supplier audits, work with suppliers to improve their quality and performance.
  • •Support the project teams in applying processes, identifying risks and resolving problems.

Salary: CAD 80,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven prior experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, or related technical discipline.
  • •Working knowledge / proficiency of DND regulatory requirements, Military standards and regulatory agencies/ institutions such as ABS and Lloyds.
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
  • •Being able to plan, execute and report internal audits/assessments.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deal diplomatically with people at all levels.
