Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end deployments for Luminai customers, from post-sale handoff through launch and stabilization
  • •Deeply understand customer workflows, constraints, and operating models to design effective deployment strategies
  • •Translate customer requirements into clear execution plans, timelines, and success criteria
  • •Coordinate closely with Product and Engineering to scope work, sequence dependencies, and unblock launches
  • •Partner with customer stakeholders across Ops, IT, and leadership to drive alignment and accountability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions, technical program management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • •Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts in production environments
  • •Strong systems thinking and comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, workflows)
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans and outcomes
  • •Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
