Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary operational support resource for SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Platform (SLP) and supplier onboarding capabilities.
  • •Support reliability, availability, and performance through system health monitoring and incident response.
  • •Execute incident, problem, and change management to restore service and prevent recurrence.
  • •Troubleshoot issues across SAP Ariba SLP and integrated systems including SAP ERP, ServiceNow, Reltio, and other enterprise platforms.
  • •Configure and support SAP Ariba SLP workflows, supplier data management, and releases (testing, deployment, regression, stabilization) while improving automation and operational reporting.
