  • •Support origination, structuring, and execution of project finance lease, partnership, and loan transactions with PF Originations and Structuring teams
  • •Collaborate with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience
  • •Contribute to new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring, and execution
  • •Prepare client pitch materials, proposals, term sheets, and transaction screening materials
  • •Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, and comparable transaction/relative value analysis
