Job Summary

Support the procurement team as an operational buyer for defined commodity groups in a fixed-term parental leave replacement (14 months). You place orders based on requirements, disposition proposals, and bills of materials; validate demand and delivery dates; monitor on-time delivery and follow up open orders. Coordinate with suppliers on quantity/date deviations, handle order confirmations, maintain ERP master data, and support reporting with KPIs.

•Process purchase orders based on BANFen, disposition proposals, and bills of materials
•Check demand plausibility and optimize quantities and delivery dates
•Monitor confirmed delivery dates (OTD) and actively follow up open orders
•Clarify delivery and quantity deviations with suppliers and initiate measures in case of delay
•Review order confirmations for price and date, document deviations in the system, and handle supplier complaints with quality, goods receipt, and logistics

Key Requirements

•Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
•First experience in operational purchasing, disposition, or a similar role
•Knowledge of purchasing with SAP and confident handling of ERP systems
•Good MS Office skills
•Structured, careful, process-oriented work and confident communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
