Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the International Tax Manager and help control corporate tax compliance tasks (filings, supporting documentation, payments) for Remote group companies worldwide.
  • •Work with tax advisors to prepare and submit reports/returns for corporate tax obligations of Remote group entities.
  • •Handle analysis of sensitive direct tax topics for compliance and planning worldwide, including with external partners when needed.
  • •Support the team in tax audits and inspections worldwide and ensure sustainable compliance with tax authorities in relevant countries.
  • •Monitor and analyze changes in tax law across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA, APAC, North America, Central and South America).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law or related areas, preferably with a Post-Graduate or Master’s degree in Taxation.
  • •At least 4 years of aggregate experience in corporate tax compliance, including corporate income taxes and withholding taxes (payroll and local/cross-border services).
  • •Advisory and compliance experience across direct taxes, local and cross-border, including working knowledge of transfer pricing rules and tax treaties.
  • •Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, including keeping up with relevant direct tax updates (e.g., Pillars 1, 2 of the OECD Programme of Work, DSTs).
  • •Fluent English in writing and speaking; strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
