Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through three software engineering technology teams (9 months each) as part of a 27-month program in Chicago.
  • •Develop skills by working on meaningful projects integrated into engineering and technology teams.
  • •Participate in Agile development and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to design, development, deployment, maintenance, and modernization of real financial technology solutions.
  • •Support some automation via coding, including potential use/development of generative AI capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major with an expected graduation date of June 2027.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proven analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework, projects, and/or previous internship experience.
  • •Experience learning programming languages and technology tools including Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
