Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product management activities for internal billing platforms, including pricing, incentives, reporting, and operational tools.
  • •Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Strategy, and Technology stakeholders.
  • •Analyze existing processes to improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and user experience.
  • •Partner with engineering to define requirements, create user stories, and support backlog prioritization.
  • •Coordinate testing, validation, and release activities while measuring adoption and effectiveness and improving reporting capabilities based on data and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field (or 2+ years with a Master's degree).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into product solutions.
  • •Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories while working with Agile product development teams.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • •Experience with data analysis and reporting tools; fintech, payments, pricing operations, incentive management, billing systems, or revenue operations are a plus.
