Job Summary

Transport ready mix concrete to construction sites, company facilities, and customers by safely operating ready mix trucks across industrial and residential areas. You’ll perform daily DOT-compliant pre/post trip inspections, load and unload materials, monitor vehicle gauges, maintain mileage logs, and follow dispatch and safety procedures. The role also includes minor servicing and maintenance, keeping the vehicle clean, and ensuring product quality while maintaining dependable attendance.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers.
•Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload materials, monitor vehicle gauges, and maintain daily mileage logs.
•Follow company policies, obey applicable laws, and follow dispatch instructions.
•Perform minor servicing/maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and support product quality and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum 3 years experience driving a truck with similar weight and equipment preferred.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.
•Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check; must possess a valid DOT medical card.
•Ability to read, write, and perform basic math for time/material records, and read blueprints or project documents.
