Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate ready-mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on public highways/roads, and at job sites to deliver products.
  • •Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections and maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition.
  • •Verify general compliance with mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
  • •Align the mixer drum under the disbursement chute, drive to unload locations, and operate truck chute to discharge concrete where directed.
  • •Clean trucks after delivery to prevent concrete hardening and place/operate chutes to deliver product as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •One to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos, and write simple correspondence.

  • •Must possess a valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
  • •Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
