Job Summary

Design, implement, and manage control systems for ICSS projects, with hands-on work across DCS/Safety PLC/PLC hardware and application software. Interface third-party systems using industrial protocols, perform detail engineering (including HMI), testing, integration, and FAT, and support site commissioning and cut-overs. Collaborate with project leadership, understand RFQs and specifications, and ensure quality/safety compliance while delivering technical solutions on schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform hands-on control systems hardware and application software work for DCS/ICSS projects.
•Deliver technical solutions to customers within agreed schedule and budget.
•Collaborate with project leadership and lead smaller projects end to end.
•Carry out detail engineering and system work (system architecture, BOM, including HMI, application development, testing, hardware integration, FAT, site commissioning, cut-overs, and loop checking).
•Conduct site visits for installation supervision and SAT, ensure compliance with quality/safety procedures, and contribute to improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with DCS/Safety PLC/PLC (preferably Honeywell Systems), including detail engineering, testing, and commissioning.
•Experience integrating third-party systems using Modbus TCP/RTU and OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), plus Profinet/Profibus and similar interfaces.
•Knowledge of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus, including advanced L2/L3 nodes (alarm, history, asset, network management).
•Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switch/router, domain controller configurations) and knowledge of virtualization of control nodes (advantage).
•Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
