Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct Project Engineers supporting Project Managed orders across the Central Region, ensuring workload is properly distributed.
  • •Provide leadership and development for direct reports, including goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
  • •Serve as escalation point of contact for technical and commercial issues, supporting timely and accurate communications with internal partners and external customers.
  • •Manage Bill of Material and configuration changes and provide documentation packages for pricing and application support.
  • •Promote Project Management Organization capabilities to customers, distributors, and sales, and identify and facilitate process improvements including documentation and training.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service, and/or project management/project engineering experience.
  • •Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • •Must currently reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio (relocation not available).
