Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve MCP servers, tools, and skills that expose the platform to multiple LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
  • •Design and refine the graph-RAG pipeline to convert documents into agent-friendly representations of facts, entities, and relationships.
  • •Implement multi-tier retrieval across source documents, vector-RAG, dense graphs, and temporal replay.
  • •Partner with QA to improve answer quality and factual grounding through eval-driven iteration.
  • •Write production-grade, well-tested code and collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and QA in an agile/sprint model.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
  • •Strong Python experience building LLM applications and agentic patterns.
  • •Direct experience building MCP servers, tools, and skills.
  • •Experience with RAG/graph-RAG systems, vector databases/embeddings, and graph data stores (Neo4j and/or Postgres/Supabase-based graph implementations).
