Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct advanced audiometric tests and determine the most suitable hearing solutions for customers.
  • •Oversee and track the full patient journey from intake to solution delivery (A to Z).
  • •Create an inviting hearing center environment and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • •Build and maintain professional contacts with NKO specialists and general practitioners.
  • •Collaborate with the World of Hearing team to support tinnitus guidance, Lyric devices, and SPIN/REM measurements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma Audiologie (BA or MA) with a valid RIZIV number
  • •Empathy and customer-oriented mindset

  • •Strong networking skills with NKO physicians and general practitioners
  • •Willingness to work 1 day per week in Willebroek and remaining days at World of Hearing Mechelen/Mechelen centers
