Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, risk budget drawdown/retirement, and timely risk reporting.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure and remaining risk budget, using risk data to inform investment planning and project contingency levels.
  • •Conduct end-to-end quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) and run the comprehensive QCRA/QSRA process.
  • •Develop risk management plans and processes aligned to client requirements, and conduct regular risk reviews with defined response plans and reporting.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, delay recovery measures, change management, and final accounts settlement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction risk, procurement, and/or contract management.
  • •Relevant experience supporting delivery in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and quantitative risk techniques (cost and schedule).
  • •In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods, including strong communication and analytical skills.
