Job Summary

Oversee and manage risk control processes for the Distribution Department within Hang Seng Insurance, ensuring distribution activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Support development of risk control frameworks, monitor and assess distribution risks, coordinate insurance application process improvements, and participate in reviews and audits. Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and prepare risk assessment reports for senior management with actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage risk control processes for distribution activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
•Support development, implementation, and maintenance of risk control frameworks and procedures for distribution channels aligned with established policies.
•Monitor and assess risks related to distribution activities, escalate potential issues, and help develop mitigation strategies.
•Coordinate and enhance the end-to-end insurance application process to identify efficiency and compliance improvements.
•Participate in regular reviews and audits of distribution processes; prepare documentation, support regulatory compliance, and work with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to address risk-related matters.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
•At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales process and planning, ideally in banking or financial services.
•Detail-oriented with a creative mindset; self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
•Good business acumen and marketing sense, with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills; proficient in using application software.
•Proficiency in English, Cantonese and/or Putonghua.
