Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with delivery and collection of guests’ luggage, parcels, faxes, and messages, liaising with Concierge and Front Desk.
  • •Ensure correct and secure storage procedures are followed.
  • •Deliver local and international newspapers promptly.
  • •Assist in keeping lobby/public areas, trolleys, and storerooms clean and tidy, including flags upkeep.
  • •Valet park guest cars, help with Doorperson duties when required, and follow security, sign-in/out, and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •General good etiquette and very good communication skills.
  • •Read and write English fluently.
  • •Be in good health and able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
