Own technical operations for SIM/eSIM and telecom services, supporting network-related activities such as roaming and OTA (over-the-air) updates. Work with components like RSP, SMS, smart cards, and telecommunication/IoT systems to ensure reliable service delivery. Collaborate within the CTO Office technology team to perform QA and support SIM lifecycle activities across the Riga environment in a hybrid setup.
