Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, baseline, and digitize existing command workflows and Joint Staff standards; identify bottlenecks and produce versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Transition manual processes into automated or semi-automated digital workflows using Agile implementation practices.
  • •Design and maintain minimum viable ontologies (OWL, RDF, SKOS) and ensure metadata standards for integration with MSS and WDP.
  • •Prepare ontologies/models so AI agents and LLMs can access secure authoritative data for decision support tools, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
  • •Train knowledge managers and users on metadata practices and modern collaboration/data platforms; review work packages and deliver MVP increments using digital capture tools (e.g., JIRA, Slack).

Key Requirements
